For all deliveries from the company apokriatika.gr to end customers, the present General Terms of Transactions (GOS) apply.

3. Offer and conclusion of a contract
3.1 The display of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a prompt for ordering. All offers are valid "until stocks run out", unless otherwise stated for the products. Subject to errors.

Consequences of withdrawal
In case of a valid withdrawal, the benefits received from both parties are refunded, with the return of any benefits (eg interest). In case you are not able to return the provided to us in whole or in part or if you are able to return it but in a degraded condition, then you should, as the case may be, provide us with the appropriate compensation. In case of disposal of goods, the above does not apply if the deterioration of the condition of the goods is due solely to its control - as would be possible for you in the store of sale. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for the degradation of the quality of the product from intended use, by avoiding using it as your property and taking any action that degrades its value. Goods that can be shipped as a package must be shipped at our own risk. The return costs are borne by you if the delivered product corresponds to what was ordered and if the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40 euros, or, if the cost of the goods is higher, if at the time of withdrawal you had not paid the legal consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. In any other case, the return is made at your own expense. Goods that cannot be shipped as a package are picked up at your place. Refund obligations must be met within 30 days.
